Setting
Template Setting
- When a user logs in for the first time, they must first set a default template; otherwise, they will not be able to print;
- If you don't want to design a template yourself, you can select a generic template from the “New Template” menu, modify it, and save it to create your own template;
- Since this may not work with all printers, if the page is offset to the left, right, top, or bottom, you can adjust the inner margins and left/right offset parameters as needed. Negative values shift the page to the left, while positive values shift it to the right.
Printer Settings
After connecting the printer, you’ll need to set up the print preferences. Add a new roll based on the template size you’ve set and the printer’s paper size—for example, 100 × 120 mm—otherwise, the printout may come out blank or extend beyond the page boundaries;
